Community Kitchen First Graduation
June 11, 2009Community Kitchen is a culinary job training program for unemployed or underemployed adults. Participants get the training and certification to find sustainable employment in the food service industry. Throughout the course of the 14-week class, participants create wholesome meals for Food Shelf clients using donated and rescued food.
