Homebound Grocery Delivery

In order to address hunger relief for populations with mobility issues, the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf runs a Homebound Delivery program to serve senior citizens and people with disabilities. Each month, staff and volunteers deliver a five-day supply of groceries to homebound clients, providing them with food and a much welcome visit. We currently serve 150 households through the Homebound Delivery program.
